How We Coach

Think of coaching in sports…When an athlete starts out, he or she needs structure, motivation, knowledge, training on basic skills and guidance to face setbacks. Over time, the athlete incorporates the coach’s instruction and techniques, owning them in his or her own unique and individual way.

CCEOC clients also learn the art of coaching by serving as coaches to one another and to themselves. While the answers we need reside within, a good coach continues to offer a game plan with strategies, techniques, support and help as needed to identify or redefine goals and achieve success in the end game.

At CCEOC, our approach to coaching is one part art and another science. We support CEOs and business leaders to build and achieve their vision. Many finish lines are crossed. Many goals are scored.

Executive Coaching and Consultation through Vistage International

CCEOC also provides individual CEO, group and senior executive coaching and consultation through Vistage International. With more than 15,000 members worldwide, Vistage International offers innovative strategies, actionable ideas and peer support to CEOs and senior executives.
In the group setting, we answer questions and question answers with the overriding principle in mind that all of us, collectively, are smarter than any one of us individually. Within the group experience, members exchange ideas, work on problems, develop opportunities and discuss and validate decisions. In one-on-one sessions, we dig deeper and work on issues and opportunities uncovered in the peer group meetings or individual sessions.
